The main most needed medication identity in Mandaue City, in the Island of Cebu deliberately surrenders because of his apprehension of president-choose Rodrigo Duterte.

Saying that he needs to begin another life, the most needed medication suspect in Mandaue City surrendered to police at 9:30 pm Wednesday. 

Pablo Loberanes strolled into the Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) and swung over to the Investigation and Detective Management Branch (IDMB) some shabu and a gun with ammo. 

An occupant of barangay Paknaan, Loberanes is presently kept at the MCPO detainment cell, Mandaue City police boss Senior Supt. Jonathan Cabal said.
