Presidential hopeful Mar Roxas missed the due date of recording of consumption reports at the Commission on Elections (Comelec). Despite the fact that Comelec developed the due date today, just Mar Roxas was not on the rundown who presented their announcements of commitments and uses (SOCEs).

According to Comelec Resolution No. 9990, the June 8 deadline is “final and non-extendible.” Late filers will no longer be accepted, contrary to practice in previous elections. The resolution states that the winning candidate can only assume if they have filed their SOCEs. Based on the submitted SOCE’s, Grace Poe is the top spender for presidential race with P510.8 million, followed by Jejomar Binay (P463.3 million), President-elect Rodrigo Duterte (P371.4 million) and Miriam Defensor Santiago (P74.6 million). Vice-presidential elect Leni Robredo is the top spender among the vice presidential running mates with P418 million.
